My answer to economy disparities between African Americans and the dominant culture is a500 year head start. 400 of those years spent in forced servitude and another 100 years of sharecropping, chain gangs, Jim Crow, Plessy v Ferguson, legalized murder by great patriotis who covered their identities with sheets and head coverings all of which the dominant culture wishes to return to.
